Native Gaming Services uses the details you submit to review and respond to your parts sourcing request. Requests and notification status are stored in a Cloudflare database accessible through our Cloudflare account, rather than a public directory.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and abuse. Your connection information is processed by Cloudflare for security and rate limiting. The request database does not store your IP address.

We use your contact information to follow up about your request. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in this form. Email photos and parts lists separately, quoting your request reference.

The optional Floor Rescue game stores its best score in your browser. This site does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics.
